See Our Work

March 11th, 2016

At Lockwood and Mason, one of our services is staging homes before they go on the market. Home staging has gained more popularity in the last several years, although, it is a technique realtors have been practicing for years. Statistics show that the value of your home will increase with staging. In fact, a Coldwell Banker survey of 2,800 properties revealed staged homes sell in 1/2 the time of non-staged homes. We believe staging is critical to the selling process.

What is “Staging”?

Staging is what takes places after you’ve purged, decluttered, cleaned, painted and made minor repairs. It’s the “sparkle” or “magic” that transforms your space into a “I can see myself here” thought in the buyers mind. As a stager, Halli sees your home as a blank slate;  a canvas where she can create beauty. She may use items that you already own, items that she may have on hand or she may encourage you to purchase items that she believes will help the presentation of your home.

Take a look at some of our work and see how Halli transforms a space to look larger, brighter, cleaner; giving the home the polish it needs to sell quickly.
